Đây là – Here’s (used at the beginning of a statement to introduce someone or something)

Đây là Diễm – để mình giới thiệu bạn với cô ấy

Here's Diem - let me introduce you to her.

Đây là quyển sách  mà mình đã nói sẽ cho bạn mượn

Here's the book I said I'd lend you.

Đây rồi /Đến rồi – Here (used to show that someone has arrived)

Đến rồi – Literal: Arrived already

Họ đây rồi! Chúng tôi đã nghĩ các bạn sẽ không bao giờ đến chứ!

Here they are! We thought you'd never come!

Chúng tôi đến rồi – Tôi đã nói đi bằng xe hơi sẽ không mất quá nửa tiếng mà

Here we are (= we have arrived) - I said it wouldn't take more than half an hour by car.

Ở đây - Here (used to say that someone or something that is near you).

Tôi không biết bất cứ cái gì về thứ này, nhưng tôi chắc chắn rằng bạn của tôi ở đây có thể giúp anh

Ở đây nó nói rằng cô ấy sinh vào năm 1961.

It says here (= in this piece of writing) that she was born in 1961.

Đây này – Here (used when giving something to someone)

“Làm ơn chuyển cho tôi hủ đường” – “Đây này”

"Could you pass the sugar, please?" "Here you are."

Làm ơn chuyển cho tôi hủ đường – Literal: Please pass for me sugar jar

Đây là – Here (You use here when you are offering or giving something to someone.)

Bạn biết đấy bạn có thể gọi điện thoại cho mình – đây là số điện thoại của mình

You know you can phone me–here's my phone number.

Đây là danh thiếp của tôi.

Ở trong này/Ở trong đây – In here

Ở trong đây lạnh.  Hãy đóng cửa lại đi!

Ở đây – Here (If you say that you are here to do something, that is your role or function.)

Đây là – Here’s (You use here in order to draw attention to something or someone who has just arrived in the place where you are, or to draw attention to the place you have just arrived at.)
